“the CHAOS” is the creative brainchild of founding design duo Davis and Jasmine. They have the experience of working for several design and production projects locally and oversee high-end fashion brands. Jasmine launched her Redress Design Award collection “Over the midnight of doomsday clock” in 2023. Her vision is changing the stereotype of sustainable fashion being unattractive by creating a new image of eco-fashion and redefining the meaning of beauty. In merging the design philosophy with Davis, “the CHAOS”. inspiration always comes from art, file, philosophy and culture, which creates a new interpretation of masculinity and femininity, smooth and flawless silhouette and unique chic eco fashion style.
Brand: NEVIDEBLA
Winner of the 2023 YDC champion who also received the best visual presentation award, Jason, graduated from Queensland University of Technology in Australia and is the co- founder of the brand NEVIDEBLA. The name of the brand means “formless”, symbolising the unrestrained creative concept. The first series Holometabolism exudes a doomsday atmosphere with exaggerated tailoring and deconstructed design. In this event, he turned to military style and challenged the limits of sustainable fabrics. He said that this series is based on the uniforms of the US and German military decades ago.

Mandy Fong, a 2022 graduate from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University’s Fashion and Textile programme, founded SZMAN, a sustainable luxury fashion brand. Passionate about high-end fashion and sustainability, she excelled in international competitions like WorldSkills, Hong Kong YDC, and The Redress Design Award. SZMAN, launched in 2022, blends vintage and modern romanticism, empowering women through versatile designs. Using high-quality materials, lace, hand-painting, beadwork, and patchwork, the brand prioritizes limited production and meticulous craftsmanship, creating timeless pieces that promote beauty and positive environmental impact.
Brand: 112 Mountainyam
Mountain Yam launched his ready-to-wear label 112 Mountainyam in 2014, and focuses on bold colours, textures and prints. In 2020, the brand shifted to a sustainable focus and debuted a collection focusing on local production, craftsmanship, community, responsible materials and waste reduction.

Tiger Chung was the First Prize winner and Hong Kong Best winner of the Redress Design Award 2024. They hold a BA (Hons) in Fashion Design from Nottingham Trent University, and a Higher Diploma in Fashion Design from Hong Kong Design Institute. As well as a cash prize, Chung – who defeated nine other finalists representing Australia, France, Iran, Italy, China, Vietnam and the United Kingdom – will join a team from the US designer Tommy Hilfiger to work on a sustainable retail project.
